Harry Fitcamp (“we”, “us”) provides a mobile app for gym members to sign in, manage membership, follow workouts, and track fitness progress.
1. Information we collect
- Account info from Google Sign-In: name, email address, and Google user ID
- Profile info you provide: gender, date of birth/age, height, weight, fitness goals, profile photo
- Membership info: selected plan, gym location/branch, and preferred time slots
- Workout and progress data generated while using the app
- Device information needed for push notifications (e.g. notification token / device identifiers used by our notification provider)
2. How we use information
- Create and manage your member account
- Provide workouts, progress tracking, and membership features
- Assign or show coach-related information where applicable
- Send service notifications (e.g. reminders)
- Operate, secure, and improve the app
3. How we share information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We use service providers to run the app (for example cloud hosting and Google services for Sign-In and push notifications). They process data only to provide those services for us.
4. Data storage and security
- Data is transmitted using HTTPS.
- Data is stored on our servers/cloud providers used to operate Harry Fitcamp.
5. Retention
- We keep your data while your account is active.
- After an account deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information for legal or security reasons.
6. Children
- The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your choices
- You can update profile information in the app where available.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data using our Delete Account page.
