How to request account deletion
- Send an email to hari@fitkitsonline.com
- Use subject line: Delete my Harry Fitcamp account
- Include the Google account email you use to sign in to the app
- We will verify the request and process deletion
What we delete
- Your account login association (Google email / user id)
- Profile details (name, photo, gender, age/DOB, height, weight, goals)
- Membership preferences (plan, location/slots) tied to your account
- Workout/progress history tied to your account
- Notification tokens tied to your account
What we may keep temporarily
- Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (if any), for a limited time
Timeline
- We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
